No, it's an Osprey !
A Plane that can fly like a plane to transport special forces fast to all kinds of locations....
....and can land on places without a proper runway as a helicopter. For instance for medevac flights as well.
The propellors are much larger than conventional aircraft

Advantages of such a plane are for instance that certain operations can be carried out from ships in a much more efficient way.
