At May 8th we visited Wittmund Airbase for a 'phinal' more 0r less 'Phlight' of the 'Phabulous' Phantom.
Commander Gerhard Roubal flew a pre-final flight in sunny conditions
For the 'Phress' the Phantoms were situated on the platform to make some last static pictures 
Knowing that the Phantom era would be gone 'Phorever'.....

The weather was cooperating in May fortunately.....
On June 28th a large crowd of public was visiting, but there was rain half the day.....
However they kept on coming, to say 'Pharewell' to the Phantoms and Welcome to the Eurofighter Typhoon
